Rog House
project description
Rog House is one of our most interesting projects. The customer put a task to implement the reconstruction of non-residential premises into an apartment building with garages and a playground (Kryvyi Rih, Kostenko St., 37). For this, we developed a draft design.
Technical and economic performance.
- Building area: 701.6 m2 existing building, 317 m2 extension building.
- Area of garages: 1 217.5 m2.
- Number of floors: 5.
- Number of apartments (1-, 2-, 3-, 4-room, 1- and 2-level):46.
- Total area of apartments: 4 115.2 m2.
At the moment, the draft design is agreed with the client, and we are preparing for the next steps.
