Reconstruction of Therapeutic and Surgical Buildings of the Center for Innovative Medical Technologies of the NAS of Ukraine

In this project, UGBN development was tasked with designing the reconstruction of the Surgical and Therapeutic Buildings of the Center for Innovative Medical Technologies of the NAS of Ukraine (Kyiv, Voznesensky Descent Street, 22-B). And we successfully fulfilled this task, by completing the work on the following technical and economic performance.
Surgical building:
- Built-up area: 1542.1 m2.
- Number of floors: 3.
- Total square: 4957.105 m2.
- Number of workers: 48.
- Construction period: 17 months.
Therapeutic building:
- Built-up area: 1569.4 m2.
- Number of floors: 11 + technical.
- Total area: 17263,4 m2.
- Number of workers: 216.
- Number of visitors: minimal
At the moment, the Surgical and Therapeutic Buildings are already successfully serving, working in full capacity.
